福建北部政和县斯氏并殖吸虫病新疫区调查 被引量:9

A Survey of the New Epidemic Area of Paragonimus skriabini in Zhenghe,Northern Fujian

摘要 目的了解福建北部政和县病例所在地肺吸虫流行情况。方法对病例所在乡村进行人群感染情况以及传播宿主调查。结果政和县西表村人群皮试阳性率7.53%(28/372),其中5~岁与21~岁年龄组皮试阳性率分别为9.76%(12/123)和6.43%(16/249);男、女性皮试阳性率分别为9.50%(17/179)和5.70%(11/193),年龄组及男女性别皮试阳性率无显著差别。皮试阳性者的ELSAS阳性检出率为35.71%(10/28),其中5~岁与21~岁组ELESA血清抗体阳性率分别为66.67%(8/12)和12.50%(2/16),两年龄组ELESA血清抗体阳性率具显著性差异。小桥拟钉螺与建欧拟小豆螺的斯氏并殖吸虫尾蚴感染率分别为1.02%和0.08%。福建华溪蟹和福建博特溪蟹的斯氏并殖吸虫尾蚴感染率分别为80.6%和33.3%。结论政和县存在高度感染的斯氏并殖吸虫病流行区,青少年为本病的防治重点。 Objective The aim of this survey was to investigate the prevalence of paragonimiasis in a new epidemic area in Zhenghe county, Fujian province. A research was conducted to study the status of infection among people in this area and the conditions of the hosts. The results demonstrated that the rate of positive skin test was 7.53% (28/372) for people living in Xibiao Village, Zhenghe County. The rates of positive skin test for two different age groups (5-20 & 21 above) were 9.76% (12/123) and 6.43% (16/249), respectively. And the rates of positive skin test for male and female in this area were 9.50% (17/179) and 5.70% (11/193), respectively. There were no significant difference between age groups and gender groups for the rates of positive skin test. The positive detection rate for ELSAS in people with a positive skin test reaction was 35.71% (10/28). Among which, the positive rates of serum antibody for ELESA in two different age groups (5-20 & 21-) were 66.67% (8/12) and 12.50% (2/16), respectively. The positive rate of serum antibody for ELESA between these two age groups was significantly different. The infection rate for the eercariae of Paragonimus skriabini in their first intermediate hosts Triculini xiaoqiaoerasis and Psezwlobythinella jianouensis was 1.02% (14/1 376) and 0.08% (1/1 243), respectively. Meanwhile, the infection rates for the cercariae of Paragonimus skriabini in their second intermediate hosts Sinopotamon fujianense and Bottapotamonfujianense were 80.6% (17/21) and 33.3% (6/18), respectively. These data suggested that there is a new epidemic area of Paragonimus skriabini with a high infection level in Zhenghe county. Measures for the disease control and prevention should be strengthen, especially the education of the youths.
