氧氟沙星阴道泡腾片抗菌活性实验动物的研究

The Study of Anti-bacterial Action of OFLX Vaginal Effervescent Tablets In Vitro And Vivo

采用氧氟沙星（ＯＦＬＸ）阴道泡腾片和诺氟沙星（ＮＦＬＸ）阴道栓对临床常见的细菌性阴道炎进行了动物体内外抗菌活性测定。结果显示：体外测定组：ＯＦＬＸ对致病菌的ＭＩＣ在０１～３１２μｇ／ｍｌ而ＮＦＬＸＭＩＣ与其相近。体内测定组：ＯＦＬＸ的治愈率２ｍｇ／ｋｇ组为５０％，４ｍｇ／ｋｇ和８ｍｇ／ｋｇ组为１００％。而ＮＦＬＸ栓２ｍｇ／ｋｇ组为４０％，４ｍｇ／ｋｇ组为８０％，８ｍｇ／ｋｇ组为１００％，空白组治愈率为０。说明ＯＦＬＸ阴道泡腾片对此类阴道炎具良好的疗效，低、中剂量组略优于ＮＦＬＸ栓。

Comparing the anti-bacterial action of OFLX vaginal effervescent tablats with that of NFLX in vitro and vivo,We found that the minium inhibitory concentration of OFLX and NFLX were 0 1～ 3 13μg/ml.The result in vivo showed Low dose of OFLX vaginal effervescent tablets was more effection than that of NFLX,bat high dose of both OFLX and NFLX was the same in effectiveness.
