M-CSF对人外周血单核细胞诱生IL-6 IL-8及TNF-α的影响

Effect of M-CSF on Human Blood Monocytes to Induct IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α Production

本文研究了巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（Ｍ－ＣＳＦ）刺激体外培养的正常人外周血单核细胞诱生ＴＮＦ－α、ＩＬ－６和ＩＬ－８，检测用培养上清ＥＬＩＳＡ法。结果显示：Ｍ－ＣＳＦ单独刺激单核细胞产生的ＴＮＦ－α效价较低，而与ＬＰＳ＋ＴＰＡ联合刺激则产生高效价的ＴＮＦ－α，动态观察中，１～７天有渐降的趋势。Ｍ－ＣＳＦ对ＩＬ－６。

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between M-CSF stimulation and induction of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α on human blood monocytes. Stimulating culture with M-CSF was used for cytokine induction and ELISA was used for assays of cytokines in culture supernatants. The results showed that IL-6 and IL-8 were both induced with steadily increasing tendency over 1～4 days. In TNF-αinduction, M-CSF appeared to be a weak stimulant, whereas high level of TNF-α was obtained after combined application of M-CSF+LPS+TPA.There was decreasing tendency over 1～7 days.
