摘要
教育信息化的发展和新课程改革的深入对教师的教学技能提出了许多新要求,然而现行的教学技能培养中,却存在"培养理念过分强调专业知识传授"、"课程设置不平衡且缺乏有效的整合"、"缺乏实践机会"等不足。为此,结合实践经验,从认知弹性理论和TPCK的视角提出了相关对策。
There appear many new requirements of teaching skills with the development of the educational irrformatization and the reform of the new curriculum. However, there also exist some problems such as "overemphasizing on teaching specialized knowledge", "unbalanced curriculum and lack effective integration", "lack of practice opportunities", etc. According to the technological pedagogical content knowledge, cognitive flexibility theory and the practice of pre-teaching skills training in our university, some suggestions are proposed.
