医院系统性糖尿病教育对糖尿病患者血糖指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过对糖尿病患者进行系统性糖尿病教育,观察其对血糖水平和糖尿病治疗费用的影响。方法:随机抽取300例长期在我院门诊、住院就诊的2型糖尿病患者,200例患者曾接受过系统性糖尿病教育,100例患者未接受过系统性糖尿病教育或偶有1次听课经历,两组患者填写相同的糖尿病相关知识及治疗糖尿病费用方面的调查问卷,并用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:调查结果显示,接受糖尿病教育的患者的年龄、病程、体重指数与未接受教育者比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白较未接受教育者显著降低(P<0.01);糖尿病相关知识的认知度显著高于未接受教育者(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗糖尿病的费用比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:系统性糖尿病教育能使患者获得更好的血糖控制,有助于病情的稳定与康复。 Objective: To observe the effect on the level of blood sugar and treating expense by the systematical education for diabetic patients. Methods: 300 cases of patients with Type 2 diabetes who were outpatients and inpatients for a long time in our hospital were randomly chose, of which 200 cases had the systematical education and 100 cases never had corresponding education or only had once. The patients of two groups all filled the same finding-papers on interrelating knowledge and treating expense of diabetes after education. The data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Results: The results showed that there were no significant differences on ages, courses and IBM between two groups while on treating expense (P〉0.05). The level of blood sugar, postprandial 2 h blood sugar, HbA1C dropped lower on the treatment group than those of the control group (P〈0.01), and also diabets-related knowledge, awareness were higher (P〈0.01). But there was on significant difference between two groups on the expense (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The systematical education for diabetic patients can make them control level of blood sugar better. It also helps stabilize the patients' condition and restore the health.
