鼻窦负压置换疗法治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床分析

The study of clinical effect on proetz treatment therapy applied in chronic sinusitis

目的:通过对比鼻窦负压置换疗法和呋喃西林麻黄素疗法应用于慢性鼻窦炎治疗的临床效果,探讨鼻窦负压置换疗法的优势。方法:将140例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各70例。对照组使用呋喃西林麻黄素液治疗,实验组使用窦负压置换术治疗。治疗结束后对比和分析治疗效果。结果:实验组总有效率为92.9%,对照组为64.3%,实验组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻窦负压置换疗法应用于慢性鼻窦炎疗效显著,安全性高,毒副作用小,痛苦小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the advantage of proetz treatment therapy by comparing the clinical effect of proetz treatmen and nitrofuran combined ephedrine applied in chronic sinusitis. Methods： 140 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into experimental group （70 cases） and control group （70 cases）. Control group were treated with nitrofuran combined ephedrineliquid, and experimental group were treated with proetz treatment therapy. The therapeutic effect were compared and analyzed after treatment. Results： The total effective rate in experimental group was 92.9%, and in control group was 64.3%, remarkable curative effect of experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Proetz treatment therapy applied to chronic sinusitis shows high safety and efficacy, and low side effects, so it is worth of clinical application.
