安中片中延胡索提取工艺的研究

Study on extraction technology of rhizoma corydalis yanhusuo in Anzhong Tablets

目的:优选安中片中延胡索的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以浸渍时间、乙醇用量、渗漉速度为考察因素,以延胡索乙素的转移率为评价指标,筛选最佳提取工艺参数。结果:最佳工艺为A2B2C3,即浸渍时间为24h,乙醇用量为收集9倍漉液,渗漉速度为0.5ml/min。结论:工艺方法合理可靠,可用于生产。

Objective： To optimize the extraction technology of rhizoma corydalis yanhusuo in Anzhong Tablets. Methods： The transformation ratio of tetrahydropulmatine was used as index to inspect the three factors of soaking time, ethanol dose and percolate speed by orthogonal design. Results： The optimum extraction conditions was A2B2C3 （soaking time 24 h, ethanol dose 9 times of colature, percolate speed 0.5 ml/min）.Conclusion： The technology is feasible for the activities, and useful for the large scale production.
