摘要
目的:优选安中片中延胡索的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以浸渍时间、乙醇用量、渗漉速度为考察因素,以延胡索乙素的转移率为评价指标,筛选最佳提取工艺参数。结果:最佳工艺为A2B2C3,即浸渍时间为24h,乙醇用量为收集9倍漉液,渗漉速度为0.5ml/min。结论:工艺方法合理可靠,可用于生产。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of rhizoma corydalis yanhusuo in Anzhong Tablets. Methods: The transformation ratio of tetrahydropulmatine was used as index to inspect the three factors of soaking time, ethanol dose and percolate speed by orthogonal design. Results: The optimum extraction conditions was A2B2C3 (soaking time 24 h, ethanol dose 9 times of colature, percolate speed 0.5 ml/min).Conclusion: The technology is feasible for the activities, and useful for the large scale production.
