随着中国与越南贸易的快速发展,我国进出口机电产品不同程度遭受技术性贸易措施的影响。本文介绍了技术性贸易措施及其影响,分别阐述了中国与越南机电产品的技术性贸易措施状况及其差异,探讨了旨在促进双方进出口机电产品贸易健康发展,开展互认与合作的有效途径。

With the rapid development of Sino-Vietnam trade, the mechanical and electrical products of China have been impacted by technical barriers to trade in varying degrees. In this paper, the author analyses the technical barriers to trade and their related impacts, explains the situation and difference of the TBT measures taken on mechanical and electrical products in Sino-Vietnam trade, and discusses the effective ways to promote the Sino-Vietnam trade in mechanical and electrical products and to develop mutual recognition and cooperation in this field.
