边疆贫困地区农村美术教育的反思

The Introspection of Rural Art Education in Frontier Depressed Area

新疆地区在2004年中等师范学校取消后,边远农村美术教师师资缺乏,由于新疆的特殊性——少数民族在边远地区占大多数,民族美术教育呈现师资紧缺现状,然而新疆高校师资供给有限,为了缓解当地的农村缺少师资问题及教育水平,提出了一些可参考的对策。

After the secondary normal schools＇ cancel of 2004 in Xinjiang, the number of the art teachers in rural area were running low. Because of the particularity of Xinjiang ：in the remote area, the minority nationality are in the majority, ethnic art education is shortage of teachers, but Universities in Xinjiang provide with few teachers .In order to relieve the problem of shortage of teachers in rural area and the level of education, this paper puts forward some reference countermeasures.
