Institutional Construction of Intermediary Organizations in Civil Society

随着中国市场经济体制的逐步建立以及社会结构的日趋分化,如何有效地促进中介组织的快速发展,建立完善的中介组织体系是中国和谐社会建设中的重大课题。文章试图对中介组织在现代经济社会的作用、公民社会为中介组织的存在与发展提供的机遇及挑战进行分析,并在此基础上研究中介组织的制度构建,以建立完善的中介组织体系,充分发挥中介组织的功能,促进中国经济社会的发展。

With the construction of the market economy and the stratification of the society in China, how to further the development of the intermediary organizations and perfect the intermediary organization system have become important themes during the course of building a harmonious society in China. This article tries to analyse the function of intermediary organizations in the modern economic society, as well as the developing opportunities and challenges provided by a civil society. In order to perfect the intermediary organization system and advance the development of economy and society in China, institutional construction of intermediary organizations is studied systematically on the basis of the former analysis.
