摘要
教育理论与实践的二元对立是影响职前教师教育质量的重要原因之一。为了提高职前教师教育质量,推动教师的专业化发展,美英两国率先改革传统的教师教育,实行大学与中小学合作的教师培养模式,即美国的"专业发展学校"和英国的"伙伴学校"。本文在简要介绍这两种模式的基础上,分析比较了它们的共性和个性,以期为我国目前的教师发展学校建设提供借鉴。
Dichotomic separation between Education theory and practice is one of the important reasons affecting the quality of pre-service teacher's education. To improve the quality of pre-service teacher's education and promote teacher's professional development, the United States and Britain take the lead in reforming traditional teacher education, implementing teacher training mode of universities and primary and secondary schools cooperation, namely "Professional Development School" of the United States; and " Teacher Partnership Schools "of Britain. Based on the study of the two models, this paper makes a comparative analysis of their commonality and individuality, providing reference for "Teacher Development School" in China.
