奥巴马中东“新政”的变与不变

The Mutability and Immutability of Obama's "New Deal" in the Middle East

奥巴马总统对美国的中东政策进行了大幅调整,提出了"新中东政策"。同其前任相比,其中有变也有不变。归纳起来主要有六变,有六不变。一年来,奥巴马的中东"新政"虽有一定成效,但与预期仍相距甚远。今后中东地区谋霸与反霸,控制与反控制,侵略与反侵略的斗争依然会继续。中东地区局势难以平静,仍将是多事之热点地区。

President Obama has made tremendous adjustment to US Middle East policy,putting forward a new Middle East policy,which can be summed up as six changes and six immutabilities. Over the past year,though Obama's 'New Deal' in the Middle East has achieved some positive results,they fell far short of expectations. In the future,the struggle between hegemony and anti-hegemony,control and anti-control,aggression and anti-aggression is likely to continue.
