Based on the CTM strategy in the heterogeneous backup of electronic documents, this paper analyzes the challenge the electronic documents preserved for long-term faces, points out the significance, tasks and objectives of the heterogeneous backup of electronic documents, and brings up the specific measures of the heterogeneous backup of electronic documents from the aspects of management, technology and security.
