Identification of Chaihu Anxin Capsules by TLC

目的建立柴胡安心胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中白芍、茯苓进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论薄层色谱法简单、易行,重现性好,专属性强,可对柴胡安心胶囊进行定性鉴别。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Chaihu Anxin Capsules. Methods Radix Paeoniae Alba and Poria were identified by thin-layer chromatography（TLC）. Results The developed TLC spots were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion The precision and reproducibility of the method is good. The qualitative identification was specific. The method can be used for the quality control of Chaihu Anxi Capsules.
