某院2007—2008年药物利用分析

Analysis of Drugs Usage in the Hospital During 2007—2008

目的分析医院近年用药状况及存在的问题,促进临床合理用药。方法利用HIS系统《药品综合查询》对医院2007—2008年药品消费信息进行统计分析。结果两年间药品消费金额年增长率为15.85%;抗微生物类药物消费金额均排名第一,其中以头孢菌素和喹诺酮类为主;注射剂消费金额占全院药品消费总金额的69.22%;中药注射剂的构成比呈下降趋势。结论用药品种构成比相对稳定,但也存在一定的不合理用药现象。应进一步加强药品使用监管,保证患者用药安全、有效、经济。

Objective To analyze the drug application status and the existing problems in someone hospital between 2007- 2008 for promot- ing rational drug use in clinic. Methods The data of drug consumption in the hospital during the period 2007- 2008 were collected and analyzed by the HIS Drugs Integrated Query. Results Drug consumption in the two years increased at a rate of 15.85%;antimicrobial drugs consumption amounts were ranked first, and the most varieties were cephalosporins and quinolones; the consumption of the injections accounted for about 69. 22%;the proportion of Chinese medicine injections decreased. Conclusion The using of drug species in the hospital kept relatively stable, but there are some irrational uses of drugs, and the using of the drug should be further strengthened supervision, to ensure using drugs with safety, effectiveness and economy.
