摘要
根据电磁继电器非线性隐式系统的特点,提出采用蒙特卡罗方法分析继电器关键设计参数的波动影响。通过对继电器动态特性的计算、动态特性样本的非参数统计分析、参数估计等过程,得到设计参数波动对继电器输出特性的影响。研究结果对继电器产品的设计过程具有一定的指导作用。
According to the nonlinear and implicit electromagnetic relay (EMR) systems, the Monte Carlo method to study the influence of the EMR key parameter fluctuations on the distribution characteristics of its output was proposed. Based on EMR dynamic characteristics calculation, nonparametric statistical analysis and parameters estimation, the influence degree on the EMR output characteristics was obtained. The results can help guide the EMR design process.
