摘要
产业结构性矛盾一直是困扰辽宁经济发展的核心问题。经过30年的结构调整,辽宁产业结构演进呈现"三产化"趋势,但就业结构"非农化"进程缓慢,三次产业的结构偏离度比较大,产业结构与就业结构之间存在着十分突出的矛盾。辽宁老工业基地全面振兴,应兼顾"经济增长"与"充分就业"两个目标,提高结构变动的协同性。
Based on the statistic data from 1978 to 2007, this paper provides a positive study on the coordination between industrial structure and industrial employment. The research lays the theoretical foundation for a harmonious development to revitalize the traditional industry base in Liaoning, overall considering both the economic growth and the full employment.
