Study on the Development of the West Coast Economic Zone of Taiwan Strait Promoted by the Economic Cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Industries

闽台产业经济合作对于发展海峡西岸经济区意义重大。目前闽台在贸易、投资、农业等产业合作取得了一定的成绩,但存在台商投资较少、产业合作较为单一等问题,未来可通过加快福建自身发展、扩大产业合作领域等促进海峡西岸经济区快速健康发展。

The economic cooperation between Fujian-Taiwan industries is important to the development of the Economic Zone on the West Coast of Taiwan Strait. Currently, the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan in industries such as trade, investement and agriculture has acheived a lot, but still with many problems, for instance, less investment from Taiwan businessmen and simple cooperation among industries. In the future, by forcing a self-development of Fujian Province and extending the cooperation among industries, we can promote a healthy and rapid development of the West Coast Economic Zone of Taiwan Strait.
