摘要
心智模式是知识型员工创新行为最关键的影响因素之一,其通过影响知识型员工"创新"的态度与行为,进一步影响企业的创新绩效。目前,知识型员工普遍存在的刚性创新导向型心智模式严重阻碍了创新行为的持续、有效性。因此,企业应通过创建良好的组织创新氛围、创新导向型组织文化、加大培训力度,提高员工心智模式的自我管理能力等途径,引导知识型员工培养成柔性创新导向型心智模式以达成理想的创新行为。
Mental model is one of key factors which influence Knowledge Workers' Innovative Behavior. It impacts knowledge workers' attitude and behavior of innovation, and further affects the enterprise's innovative performance. At present, the prevalence of the rigid innovation-oriented mental models of knowledge workers has seriously hindered the innovation. Therefore, managers should guide the staff into the flexible innovation-oriented mental models in order to achieve the desired innovative behavior, by such ways, for example, creating a organizational innovation climate, innovation-oriented organizational culture, and increasing training to improve knowledge workers' self-management skills of mental models.
