发展生物质能源已成为解决全球能源危机的理想途径之一。林业生物质能源作为生物质能源的重要组成部分,正面临着历史的发展机遇。本文根据我国国情和资源禀赋的现实条件,阐述了开发和利用林业生物质能源的战略意义,分析了林业生物质能源的发展潜力和存在的制约因素,并对我国林业生物质能源的加速发展提出了思考对策。

Developing the biomass energy has become an ideal way to solve global energy crisis. As an important part of the biomass energy, the forest biomass energy is facing historical developing opportunity. According to China＇s actual conditions and the realistic condition of resource natural endowments, this paper expounds the significance of developing and utilizing the forest biomass energy, analyzes the capacity and the barrier factors in developing the biomass energy,and puts forward the solutions so as to speed up the development of the forest biomass energy.
