摘要 介绍了一种新型电控喷油器的工作原理及特点,利用Amesim软件建立了该喷油器的仿真模型,提出了五个无因次量,分析了这五个无因次量对其性能的影响,并利用正交表对影响因素的大小排序,优选出关键结构参数的方案,为电控喷油器结构设计中性能主次影响因素的选择提供了依据。 Operation principles and characteristics of a new type common rail injector are introduced. Its numerical model was built based on AMESim software. 5 non-dimensional parameters was set to analyze their effects on injector' s performance. Orthogonal array was used to estimate the degree of influence caused by each parameter, and the optimized structure parameters are obtained, which could be a design reference for injector parameters trade-off in the future.
