摘要
利用"中国医疗质量指标体系(CHQIS)"中部分"重返类"指标,即非计划再入院类指标和重返手术室类指标,比较分析了北京市5家大型综合医院的医疗质量。结果表明,"重返类"指标较传统指标能够更为敏感。借助"重返类"指标分析结果和病案首页的信息进行"根因分析",可以比较精确地发现医疗质量问题。本研究采用的多家医院横向比较分析方法,有助于医院通过质量"标杆"发现自身存在的问题。
Abstract The study used ＂re -entry category＂ indicators, which is part of ＂China~ health care quality indicators （CQIS）＂ that is, unplanned re - admission category of indicators and to return to the operating room categories of indicators, to comparative analyze the medical quality in Beijing~ five major general hospitals. The results indicate that the ＂re - entry category＂ indicators can reflect the quality of care more sensitive than traditional indicators. With ＂re - entry category＂ targets analysis and medical record information in the ＂root cause analysis＂, the problems in medical care can be analyzed in detail. This study used a horizontal com- parative analysis of several hospitals to help the hospitals discover their own problems through the quality ＂benchmark＂.
