摘要
手术室和ICU实行封闭式管理,在实践中带来了一系列问题。文章从伦理学需要、预防医疗纠纷、改善医患关系等方面探讨手术室和ICU向患者家属开放的必要性,分析了存在的问题,论证了手术室和ICU向患者家属开放的可行性。
The Close -ended management mode for operating room and Intensive care unit （ICU） brings some ethic prob- lems. It is necessary to open operating room and intensive care unit to family members of patients on review of ethic, prevention of medical dispute and improving the physician - patient relationship. It is feasible to do this though there are some difficulties.
