摘要
合理降低术前平均住院日是提高医院绩效管理水平的重要手段和措施。通过加强核心制度建设、优化门急诊流程、加强手术及医技科室管理等,有效缩短了术前平均住院日,提高了工作效率。
Reasonably reduction of the average length of stay before surgery is an important means and measures to improve the level of hospital performance management. Through strengthening the core medical rules, optimizing the outpatient and emer- gency work process, tightening up the management of operating room and medical technology department, we effectively shortened the preoperative average length of stay and improved the efficiency.
