某市临床输血合理性调查与分析

Survey and Analysis of Reasonable Clinical Blood Transfusion in One City

目的提高临床合理用血水平。方法选取南宁市用血量较大的4家医院的临床用血病历进行抽样调查。结果红细胞、血浆、血小板合理性输注比例仅为51.5%。红细胞和血小板不合理应用的主要原因是输注指征过宽,血浆输注治疗共性问题是无指征输注、用于治疗低蛋白血症以及"搭配血"使用。结论相关部门应对临床医生进行《临床输血技术规范》等法规的培训,同时加大对临床输血管理的督察力度,要求输血工作者更新输血观念,以实现输血现代化,促进输血事业的健康发展。

Objective To improve the level of rational use of blood. Method We did a spot check survey of clinical medical records on blood use in four hospitals in Nanning city. Result The reasonable transfusion proportion of red blood cells, plasma and platelet was only 51.5%. Improper use of red blood cells and platelets is mainly due to too broad indication infusion. The common problems of plasma infusion treatment are no indication of infusion, for treatment of hypoalbuminemia and ＂joint blood＂ use. Conclusion Clinicians should be trained of ＂clinical blood transfusion technical specifications＂ and other laws and regula- tions by the relevant departments, and the supervision intensity of clinical blood transfusion management should be increased, meanwhile, the blood transfusion concepts should be updated, in order to achieve a modem blood transfusion and promote the healthy development of blood transfusion.
