摘要
以连续小波变换和信息熵理论为基础,提出融合能量尺度熵用于旋转机械运行稳定性定量监测的新指标。用Bently转子试验台模拟实验,将融合能量尺度熵与单源数据的尺度熵对比,结果表明,融合能量尺度熵能较好地反映旋转机械发生故障时不同尺度的稳定性,克服了单源数据尺度熵的不足,可有效提高旋转机械故障诊断的准确率。
Based on the theory of continuous wavelet transform arid intormation entropy, a new cntenon: IUSlOn energy scale entropy was put forward to monitor the stability of rotary machinery. Analysis of testing data and comparing with single channel demonstrate that the proposed criterion can well reveal the stability, of rotary machinery at each scale; furthermore it can also provide numerical data of stability for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis or rotary machinery.
