摘要
用向量对凸轮与针齿的啮合状态进行了数学表示,计算了同时啮合针齿数,根据机构传动的特殊性定义了压力角并进行了计算。环板式行星分度凸轮机构啮合过程中存在某些针齿与凸轮脱离接触的时刻,其特殊的传动过程使得某些针齿的压力角在分度期的某些时刻为钝角,可根据脱离接触的时刻是在加速段还是减速段决定该针齿是否参与受力。
A mathematical expression has been carried out by vectors on the meshing status of needle teeth, the number of needle teeth that meshing simultaneously was calculated. The pressure angle was defined according to the particularity of mechanism' s transmission. In the meshing course of ring-plate typed planetary indexing cam mechanism there exists a moment of disengagement between certain needle teeth and cam. Its special transmission course makes the pressure angle of certain needle teeth an obtuse angle within certain moments of the indexing period. Whether that needle tooth is participating force beating or not can be determined according to the moment of disengagement was within the acceleration section or the deceleration section.
