摘要
针对盾构前向地质探测系统中雷达在盾构刀盘上的安装与保护问题,提出采用聚甲醛材料制作雷达保护板。从机械强度、耐磨性能、穿透能力和衰减损耗等方面分析该方案的有效性和可行性,并制作了基板和压板等辅助装置将保护板安装到盾构上。经过半年多现场试验表明,采用聚甲醛材料制作的保护板能够实现对雷达的有效保护,材料选择合理,结构设计与安装恰当,为进行盾构前向地质探测打下了良好基础。
Aiming at the problems of radar installation and protection on the shield machine cutter disc in the frontal geological detection of shield system, a suggestion of adopting the polyoxymethylene material to manufacture the radar protection board was put forward, and the effectiveness and feasibility of this scheme were analyzed on the aspects of mechanical strength, wear-resisting property, penetrating power and attenuation loss etc. , and the auxiliary devices of base plate and clamping plate were made to make the protection board be assembled to the shield. After more than a year' s field test it was shown that the protection board made of polyoxymethylene material could achieve effective protection for radar, was reasonable on materials selection, and the structural design and assembly were appropriate, thus laid a favorable foundation for carrying out shield frontal geological detection.
