城市社区成年人对自杀的态度调查

Study on Adults' Attitude towards Suicide in Urban Community

目的调查城市社区成年人对自杀的态度。方法在杭州市4个社区随机抽取795名成年人接受调查,采用自杀态度问卷进行评估。结果社区成年人对自杀行为和自杀者多数持矛盾或中立态度(49.2%、50.6%),对自杀的态度各维度男女之间没有明显的差异;老年组对自杀行为、自杀者、自杀者家属以及安乐死所持肯定或理解态度明显高于青壮年组(P<0.01或0.001)。结论老年人对自杀的高肯定或理解态度是其高自杀率的主要原因,社会需高度关注老年人自杀预防的重要性。

Objective To understand the adults＇ attitude towards suicide in urban community. Methods 795 adults from four communities in Hangzhou city were randomly selected and investigated by suicide attitude questionnaire. Results Most adults held neutral or eonflietive attitude towards suicidal behavior （49.2%） and felo - de - se （50.6%）. Among all dimensions of attitude towards suicide, no significant difference was observed between male and female. Compared to youth, the proportions of elder who held positive or understanding attitude towards suicidal behavior, felo - de - se and their relatives as well as euthanasia were all higher （ P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0. 001 ）. Coneluslon Maybe,the elder＇s positive or understanding attitude to suicide is the main reason leading to their high suicide rate. More attentions should be paid to prevent the suicide of aged people.
