摘要
近几年,中国银行业各类操作风险事故频频发生,暴露了其在操作风险管理方面存在的严重不足。本文按照恶意形成风险、"理性"导致风险、能力不足产生风险、潜意识选择导致风险的四个层次,将形成操作风险的、与"人"有关的各种因素——金融腐败、道德风险、有限理性、非理性行为倾向进行了系统分析,从而为有针对性的控制操作风险提供了思路。
