摘要
针对固体火箭发动机可抛式延伸喷管运动机构的特点,建立了包括展开装置、释放机构、折转片等在内的延伸喷管整机模型。根据试验结果建立了燃气展开力样条曲线,利用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS进行了延伸喷管展开动力学仿真,获取了延伸喷管运动构件的运动特性和约束的约束反力等结果。结果表明,运用ADAMS动力学仿真分析软件对延伸喷管展开过程中的动力学响应进行仿真分析是可行的。
Based on the extending mechanism of extendible exit cone (EEC) nozzle of solid rocket motor, a model is set up, which involves extending device, release mechanism, bending linkage and so on. When testing data is used in the model, devel- oped force spline curve can be built. With the aid of dynamics simulation by ADAMS, movement character and constraint force of moving constructional element can be got. The result shows that it is practicable for ADAMS simulation and analysis on extending process of extendible exit cone nozzle.
