摘要 目的:探讨Ki67基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与C-erbB-2、ER、PR、P53基因的相关关系。方法:用免疫组化方法检测133例乳腺癌组织中Ki67、C-erbB-2、ER、PR、P53的表达。结果:Ki67在乳腺癌组织中总阳性率为78.2%,Ki67表达与乳腺癌肿瘤大小和临床分期有显著相关性(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、腋窝淋巴结转移无显著相关性(P>0.05);乳腺癌组织的Ki67表达强度与C-erbB-2、P53强度的表达呈正相关(γ分别为0.172、0.280,P<0.05),与ER强度的表达呈负相关(γ为-0.193,P<0.05),与PR表达强度无显著相关性(γ为-0.007,P>0.05)。结论:Ki67表达与乳腺癌发生、发展有关,是一个不良预后因素。 Objective:To investigate the expression of Ki67 in the breast cancer tissue and its correlation with C - erbB - 2, ER,PR and P53. Methods:The expression of Ki67, C -erbB -2, ER,PR and P53 in 133 cases of breast cancer were assessed by immunohistochemistry. Results: The result indicates that the total positive rate of Ki67 in breast cancer issue is 78.2%. The expression of Ki67 has significant correlation with tumor size and clinical stages( P 〈 0.05 ) , but not with the patients'age or axillary lymph node metastasis(P 〉0.05). The expression strength of Ki67 has positive correlation with that of C -erbB -2 and P53 (γ0. 172 and 0.280 respectively, P 〈 0.05 ) , and it negatively correlates with the expression strength of ER( γ-0. 193, P 〈 0.05 ). And there is no significant correlation between the expression strength of Ki67 and that of PR ( γ - 0.007, P 〉 0.05). Conclusions : The expression of ki67 is related with the occurrence and progression of breast cancer. And it can determine the progrosis of breast cancer.
