摘要
目的:旨在探讨以抑郁为主的双相障碍和单相抑郁症的临床特征及两种障碍的生物学及社会心理学方面的差异。方法:采用查阅病历和直接向患者亲属询问相结合的方法。结果:两组间在发病年龄、家族史、住院时间、性格倾向、饮酒史、胎次、自杀观念以及童年期疑患儿童多动障碍史等存在有明显差异。结论:两种疾病形式间其临床特征存在许多差异,支持其异源性观点。
Objective：To explore the characteristics and differences of unipolar depression and bipolar disorder on biology and social psychology. Methods：To read the patients＇ records and interview the patients＇ relatives. Results： There is significant difference on sick age, family history, hospitalization time, personality, drinking history, suicide concept and hyperactivity on childhood. Conclusions： There are many differences on clinical characteristics between these two diseases.
