奎硫平联合舍曲林治疗40例强迫症的疗效分析

The treatment efficacy analysis of 40 obsessive-compulsive disorder with combined therapy

目的:探讨联合用药(奎硫平联合舍曲林)治疗强迫症的疗效分析。方法:对80例强迫症患者随机分为两组,分别为单用舍曲林组40例(对照组)和舍曲林联合奎硫平组40例(联合用药组),治疗8周。采用Yale-Brown强迫症量表(Y-BOCS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评价疗效和不良反应。结果:联合用药组治疗强迫症的疗效显著,不良反应较少,两组显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:两药联合应用治疗强迫症的疗效显著,安全性较好,值得临床推广。

Objective ：To investigate the treatment efficacy of obsessive-compulsive disorder with combination therapy （quetiapine joint sertraline）. Methods：80 patients with obsessive -compulsive disorder were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, alone sertraline group of 40 patients （control group）, and sertraline combined quetiapine group of 40 patients （treatment group）, treatment for 8 weeks. Using Yale - Brown Obsessive - Compulsive Disorder Scale （ Y - BOCS）, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） and treatment of the symptoms scale （TESS） evaluation of the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results： The effect of the treatment group is significant with less adverse reactions and significant efficiency difference between the two groups has statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： The treatment of obsessive - compulsive disorder with two drugs in combination has remarkable efficacy, better safety, which is worthy to be popularized.
