下肢深静脉血栓形成病因分析

The cause analysis of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities.

目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的发病原因。方法对近5年（2004至2009年）411例DVT的住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果411例中可以明确发病原因者301例（301／411，73．2％），无明显原因者110例（110／411，26．8％）。其中手术后发病195例，创伤及骨折后发病68例，伴内科疾病122例。妊娠、流产及产后50例，恶性肿瘤39例，下肢感染及局部病变19例，DVT既往史67例。结论各种手术后、创伤与骨折、产后、恶性肿瘤、长期卧床的慢性疾病及DVT既往史，是导致下肢深静脉血栓形成的主要原因。

Objective To explore the causes of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremities （DVT）. Methods Retrospective analysis of 411 patients with DVT being treated in our hospital from 2004 to 2009. Results 301 （73.2%） cases were with definite causes and 110 （26.8%） cases without definite causes. 195 cases occurred following operations and 68 cases following wounds and fractures. 122 cases accompanied with medical conditions ,50 cases occurred following pregnancy or child birth,39 cases suffered from cancer, 19 cases suffered from infection of lower extremity or local lesion,67 cases had past history of DVT. Conclusions Suggest that surgery,wound and fractures, postpartum, cancer, chronic illness inducing long-term bed stay and past history of DVT might correlate with DVT.
