摘要
目的:关注护士心理健康,更好地实施护理人文关怀。方法:采用心身压力测试量表、症状自评量表调查217名医院护士。结果:医院护士的焦虑、恐怖、抑郁、人际关系、强迫与全国常模比均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。心身压力适中的只占30.41%。结论:人文护理的前提是对护士人文关怀,改善护理人员的心理健康状况,才能更好地改善护患关系。
Objective： Concerned about the mental health nurses, and better implementation of humanistic nursing care. Methods ：217 nurses were evaluated and analyzed bypsy -ehosomatization pressure scale and symptom checklist -90（ SCL- 90 ）. Results： Hospital nurses anxiety, terror, depression, interpersonal relationships, forced more than the national norm and have a very sig- nificant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Only moderate physical and psychological pressure 30.41%. Conclusions： Humanistic care is the premise of humanistic care nurses to improve the mental health of nursing staff in order to better improve the nurse - patient relationship.
