Extraction of Baicalin Through Ethanol Refluxing Assisted by Microwave Heating

摘要 运用微波辅助乙醇回流联合工艺从黄芩中提取黄芩苷产品,系统考察了微波加热时间、乙醇溶液浓度、料液比对黄芩苷收率的影响,实验表明通过微波辅助加热可以大大缩短黄芩苷的提取时间,但随着微波加热时间的延长,黄芩苷收率反而下降,实验确定了微波加热时间为4min,乙醇溶液浓度为50%,料液比为1:10的最佳工艺条件。通过正交试验确定了3个因素对黄芩苷提取收率的影响规律,发现乙醇溶液浓度对黄芩苷收率的影响最大。 A combined process of microwave - assisted and ethanol refluxing extraction was applied into extraction of baicalin. The effect of microwave heating time, ethanol concentration and ratio of material to liquid on baicalin yield was investigated systematically. The results show that the extraction time of baicalin is shortened markedly with microwave technology, but the yield will decrease with continuous increase of microwave heating time. The optimal process is as follows: microwave heating time 4 min, ethanol concentration 50% ,the ratio of material to liquid 1: 10. The effect order of above three factors on baicalin yield was confirmed with orthogonal experiment. The results show that the effect of ethanol concentration on baicalin yield is more remarkable than the others.
