摘要
通过设备点检制在某石化企业生产装置设备管理中的应用，使该装置的设备管理变事中控制、事后控制为事前控制，大大减少了设备故障率，防事故于未然，及时发现各种可能导致设备停机的故障和隐患，保持了设备性能的高度稳定，延长了设备零部件的使用寿命，提高了设备效率。
Through application of equipment point checking system in petrochemical corporation production plant equipment management, afterwards control and intermediate control in plant equipment management were changed into beforehand control, which can significantly reduce equipment failure ratio, help for avoiding accident and observing the failure and potential possibility causing equipment trip, keeping equipment steady and extending life time of equipment parts, also improving equipment running efficiency.
