摘要
本文根据笔者在实践工作中的思考与体会,联系经济学理论知识,尝试将成本效益分析法应用于公立医院的经济管理工作,旨在探讨采用更适应新形势的可行的管理理论与方法,供公立医院的经济管理人员参考,以加强医院的经济管理,有效控制医疗成本,提高医院的社会效益,促进医改推行的效果和医改目标的实现。
On the basis of author＇ s experiences of financial work and economic theory, this paper tries to apply the cost benefit analysis on economic management of public hospital. It explores management theories that are more feasible to the new situation in order to strengthen economic management, control medical cost, improve social benefit and promote the reform of medical service.
