摘要
门诊流程再造就是以病人为中心,利用信息技术,引入作业流程重组理论,对门诊的作业流程进行重新思考和重新设计,以求得医院门诊在成本、质量、服务和速度等方面获得进一步改善,改变服务模式,缩短病人的等候时间,提高医院单位时间内的就诊率,以获得较好的经济效益和社会效益,实现医院经营方式和管理方式的根本转变,提高医院竞争力。
Outpatient service flow reengineering is to mation technology, introduce work flow reorganization theory, take the patient as a center, use the inforcarry on the outpatient service work flow rethinking and the redesigning, so that the hospital outpatient service, in aspects of cost, quality, service and speed, obtains further improvements, changes the service pattern, reduces patient ' s waiting time, enhanees the seeing doctor rate per unit time, obtains well economic benefit and social efficiency, realizes the hospital modes of business operation and the mode of administration radical transformation, enhances the hospital' s competitive power.
