摘要
首先提出了火电厂斗轮堆取料机大车走停控制系统设计的重要性,分析了斗轮机大车与其它装置的连锁关系,然后分别就斗轮堆取料机的走行控制系统、停车控制系统以及夹轨控制系统进行了详细地PLC方案设计,并给出了主电路图、控制电路原理图和PLC梯形图,最后给出了相关的PLC控制程序。所提出的斗轮机PLC控制设计方案具备较为严谨的连锁逻辑,适合在火电厂中应用。
Firstly, the paper described the importance of traction and cessation control system design for main vehicle of bucket wheel machines, and analyzed the chaining relation between the main vehicle and other devices. Then it respectively designed the PLC control systems for the main vehicle traction, cessation and rail clamping. Meanwhile, main circuits, mechanism circuits and PLC gradient diagrams were offered. Finally, the PLC control scheme were gained, which were precise, logical and fit to be used in heat-engine plants.
