摘要
厂级监控信息系统(SIS)要处理大量的数据,原始数据不处理就去存储,要耗费大量的磁盘空间。介绍了实时历史数据库里的例外报告技术,应用这种技术,对电厂里的数据特性进行了分析。通过大量数据的统计分析,找出数据本身的特性,为例外报告技术死区的设置提供依据。统计了山西漳山电厂2008年10~12月共85 248个数据,得出了某个温度信号的特性,并绘制了相应曲线,死区设置可以将曲线作为参考。
Plant Supervisory Information System (SIS) need deal with large amounts of data, if it do not deal with the raw data storage, large disk space is consumed and great difficulty is brought to searching. This article described the history of the real-time exception to the report database technology, which was applied to analyze the data in power plant. Characteristic of data itself, which provides basis for dead zone setting of exception report technology, was found through large amount statistical analysis. All data were from the actual plant operating data. The characteristics of a temperature signal were obtained through statistics 85,248 data from October 2008 to December 2008 in Zhangshan power plant, and corresponding curves were drew which is referenced for dead-zone setting.
