摘要 由于电厂省煤器飞灰输送系统在实际运行中的弊端,有些电厂要求锅炉厂不设置省煤器灰斗,不单设省煤器飞灰输送系统。但在实际运行中,却带来了一系列问题,影响了机组的安全运行。大多数电厂都加设脱硝系统,将省煤器和脱硝系统的飞灰一并考虑,对不同的输灰方式进行了比较,提出了一种新型的气力出灰方式,该方式经设计调试已在电厂成功应用。 Because of kinds of disadvantages in the economizer ash handling system, some plants ask the boiler manufacturer not to set the economizer hopper and the economizer ash conveying system separately when ordering. However, it resulted in a series of problems during running and affected the unit safe running. Meanwhile, based on the requirement of the environment protection, most plants add the denitrification system. This paper took the ash of economizer and denitrification system into consideration, and compare the different ash conveying ways with each other, at last it put forward a new pneumatic ash handling system which is already applied successfully in plants after design and commissioning.
