面向海洋环境的装备选优与排序方法

摘要 针对海洋环境下的武器装备选择问题,将其转化为带方案偏好、属性权重完全未知且属性值为区间数形式的多属性决策问题。基于主观偏好与客观属性值偏差最小化的思想,提出一个单目标二次优化模型,并利用LINGO软件进行模型求解,求得属性权重。通过对属性值和属性权重的线性集结,得到排序结果。最后通过数值算例,验证了该方法的可行性和操作性。 The solution of equipments' selection and ordering orient ocean environment by transforming it to multiple attributes decision making problem with preference values on alternatives, in which the attribute weights are completely unknown and the attribute values are given in the forms of interval numbers. The single objective quadratic optimization model is proposed by minimizing the deviation between subjective preference and objective attributes values, and through solving the model by LINGO,the attribute weights can be obtained. Then the equipments are ordered by linear aggregating the attribute values and attribute weights. Finally,a numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity and rationality of this method.
