高活性环氧树脂增韧稀释剂的合成及应用 被引量:19

摘要 以腰果酚、壬基酚为原料制备了环氧树脂活性稀释剂腰果酚基缩水甘油醚(CGE)和壬基苯基缩水甘油醚(NGE),对其结构及其与E51共混体系的固化物结构进行了红外光谱表征。考察了不同合成方法对产物性能的影响,CGE及NGE对环氧树脂的稀释作用以及其含量对固化物的力学性能的影响。结果表明,CGE与NGE对环氧树脂具有显著的稀释作用,质量分数为20%时尤为明显。CGE及NGE均参与了固化反应。E51/NGE共混体系的力学性能保持较好,当E51与NGE质量比为80∶20时,其固化物拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量保持率较高。该合成方法原料价格低廉,产品具有良好的增韧稀释效果,可用于无溶剂涂料的配制。 The cardanol glycidyl ether(CGE) and nonyl phenyl glycidyl ether(NGE) were synthesized by using cardanol and nonyt phenol as raw material respectively. The products structure and the structure of CGE/E51 and NGE/E51 cured system were characterized by FF - IR. The effect of different synthesis mothod on the properties of the products, the dilution effects on epoxy and the effect of CGE or NGE contents on the mechanical properties of cured products were investigated. The results showed that CGE or NGE had significant dilution effect on epoxy, especially mass fraction of CGE or NGE was 20%. CGE and NGE participated in the curing reaction. The mechanical properties of E51/NGE maintained well. The retention of tensil strength, flexural strength and fluxural modolus of E51/NGE system with mass ratio of 80/20 were high. The synthesis method was low material cost and the product had good toughening dilution effect for coatings without solvents.
