15%茚虫威悬浮剂的液相色谱分析

Determination of Indoxacard 15% SC by HPLC

采用液相色谱法,用异丙醇–乙醇–正己烷为流动相,选用CHIRALCELOD–H46×250mm手性色谱柱对茚虫威的S体和R体进行了分离,并对15%茚虫威悬浮剂进行了定量分析。结果表明,方法的相关系数为0.99998,标准偏差为0.06,变异系数为0.4%,平均回收率为99.95%。

A quantitative analytical method for indoxacard 15% SC by HPLC was developed, using 2-propanol＋ethyl alcohol＋n-hexane=3＋ 1 ＋6 （v/v） as mobile phase, with CHIRALCEL OD-H columu and UV detector at 285 nm. The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0.06, 0.4%, 99.95% and 0.999 98, respectively.
