摘要 深水区域油气勘探已成为油气产量增长的重要组成部分。研制出了一套聚合物硅酸盐钻井液,该钻井液能够有效地抑制水合物的形成;具有一定的抗温性能和良好的井壁稳定性,岩屑滚动回收率在90%以上;保护油气层效果好,其渗透率恢复值在90%以上;采用发光细菌法对钻井液处理剂及体系的生物毒性进行了评价,结果表明它们均无生物毒性;该钻井液加重后性能满足深井钻井的要求。 A polymer silicate drilling fluid is developed for deep water drilling.This fluid has the capacity of inhibiting the formation of gas hydrates.It is stable at elevated temperatures and helps stabilize instable formations.Hot rolling test gives a more than 90%recovery rate.Permeability recovery rate is higher than 90%.Bioassay shows that this fluid meets the discharge requirements imposed national standards.After weighted with weighting agent to high densities,this fluid can be used in deep well drilling.
