基于基因本体文件XML文档与数据库记录相互转换的初步研究

摘要 分析了XML与数据库各自的特点,以及基于基因本体文件信息互相转换的必要性,以基因本体文件如何在这两种格式下进行相互转换为例,探讨了XML文档与数据库记录的相互转化的具体方法。 The features of XML and database, and the necessity of mutual transformation based on Gene Ontology Document between them were discussed. An example was taken to describe the specific method of how Gene Ontology document transformed between the two formats. It contributes to the sharing of information for the bio-informatics.
