摘要 研究变温条件下泥饼对二界面封固系统的影响有助于改善二界面封隔性能。利用自行设计的二界面胶结强度实验装置测定了不同温度变化条件下,岩心表面水湿、岩心表面涂有泥饼等情况的二界面胶结强度。分析发现:温度变化时会使界面胶结强度降低,且温度变化幅度越大,界面胶结强度降低幅度越大,温度循环变化时比单次温度变化时的界面胶结强度降低的幅度更大;与岩心表面水湿时相比,岩心表面有泥饼时二界面胶结强度对温度变化更加敏感,降低幅度更大。研究结果可用于指导设计和施工,以降低温度变化对界面封隔性能的不良影响。 The bond strength of the second interface is measured under different temperatures using a self designed device,with the core surface being wet with water and coated with mud cake.This experiment is aimed at improving the sealing performance of the second interface.It is found that the variation of temperatures caused the interface bond strength to become lower and that the greater the amplitude of the temperature variation,the lower the bond strength.It is also found that the bond strength is more sensitive to a cycling of the temperature variation than to a one-time temperature change.This study can be used in the design and field operation of cementing.
