摘要
通过对农村信息化建设现状及问题的分析,在农村综合信息服务平台上引入新型的网络教学模式,设计了网络教学子系统的整体框架,并提出了农村综合信息服务平台中自主学习系统的建设方案,可以实现农民网上自主学习的目标。
The situation and problems of Rural Informatization were analyzed. The Web-based teaching mode in the rural integrated information service platform was introduced with design of the overall framework of the subsystem of the Web-based Instruction. In the end, construction scheme of the autonomic learning system was proposed to achieve the goals of farmers studying on the web.
